By accessing or using the website travelyamu.com (the "Site") and any services, features, content, or applications offered by Travel Yamu Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Travel Yamu", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • All bookings made through travelyamu.com are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant supplier.
  • Prices displayed on the Site are in the currency indicated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Travel Yamu does not store full card details.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Travel Yamu.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by product and supplier. The specific policy applicable to your booking will be displayed at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe indicated in the cancellation policy.
  • Travel Yamu reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. SUPPLIER TERMS

Many services offered on the Site are provided by third-party suppliers. By booking such services, you also agree to be bound by the applicable supplier's terms and conditions. Travel Yamu acts as an intermediary between you and the supplier and is not responsible for the direct delivery of the service.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Travel Yamu or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Yamu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or services.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Travel Yamu does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
